am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the service I received on the last service While Danny was kind, I waited over three hours for my vehicle, checking in at 1:45 PM and not leaving until 4:30 PM.
Furthermore, I encountered several safety and service issues:
- A video of the service was not provided as expected.
- The tire cap was left off by the mechanic. This is a significant safety hazard; had I driven on the highway without noticing, the tire could have lost pressure, risking my life and the vehicle's stability.

Chris the service person was not polite and friendly and made me feel like I was wasting his time.
2 hr wait for an oil change and tire rotation. Upped the price for an oil change on the spot and didn’t honor online price. Tried to use a “oil is expensive” excuse but when I called him out he reduced it, still not to online price I booked though. I appreciate the technician video a lot and the honesty in the video. 5 stars for that but the wait and bait and switch from salesman is disappointing.

Scheduled a visit to see and test drive a Mazda 3 on 5/24. Car was not ready and was 'still in process'. It was a lengthy process to eventually be able to open and see the car. The car still had the previous owners stuff in it. I was told the car would be processed and complete inspection within a couple of days and was given an estimate of Tuesday or Wednesday. I was greeted promptly and everyone I interacted with was very friendly. I liked getting the video of the inspection of my car.
Dealership is friendly and neat looking. Just wish it had a better choice of snacks in waiting area, even a vending machine would be nice. Former waiting area that was secluded was more peaceful than a continuous feed of game shows.
As always, they're great. We have the car done in a timely fashion. They always go above and beyond.
The experience was exceptional from our initial contact, through the sales process, the final document signatures and car delivery. We have purchased three vehicles over the years with this dealership and we recommend them to others frequently.

I had been promised at the time I purchased my CX90 that I would always be provided a courtesy loaner vehicle when having the vehicle serviced. The last two times I've called to schedule service appointments I've been told loaners are only offered on a first come first serve basis and can't be guaranteed. This is very disappointing as being promised a loaner vehicle was a very important criteria for my decision to by a vehicle from your dealership. Focus was not on the person taking vehicles, prices was way too long after deal was made, an extra two hours because they didn't make sure everything was complete and ready on the car before handing over keys and then it needs gas, windshield fluid and two tires missed on shine.
I like the provided summary video of the vehicle point inspections with findings/recommendations given.

I always make an appointment for servicing. I drive from out of town. It’s not right that you take walk ins and appointments, but still take them in the order everyone gets there. All I had done was an oil change and was there 2 1/2 hours. My appointment was at 10:30, I got there at 10:20. I left there at 1:00. Vanessa was friendly, transparent, efficient, very knowledgeable and understood my needs. We got to a OTD price very quickly and had a very smooth handoff process.
This is my preferred dealership for service. They get my car in quickly, and they are courteous and helpful. There’s another dealership closer to my house, but it’s worth I making a longer drive to get great service here.
Christian and Fred are so nice, accommodating and understanding, they gave us all the information we need to know with all honesty , Fred also tried to give us the different figures to choose from for the payment and also for the maintenance bundle to choose from. Brought car in late afternoon and was told it would likely be ready by noon the next day, it wasn't and no one called or update me. So I called at 3:36 pm and was told the car was just being taken into the mechanics bay. I've been what I considered a good customer. I arrived at 10am and was quoted the time would be around 1:30p or 2p. It wasn't ready until 4:30p. All I came for was an oil change and a diag, and after 4 hours they hadn't even gotten to the diag. I asked the gentleman at the front and he told me diags take "at least half a day," and they were just getting to it.

Brakes don't look like they were checked on paperwork. Video did not show under the car check or cabin air filter.
