Buying our Mazda was a pleasant experience thanks to Garrett. My only problem was the vehicles description, it mentioned power seat(s), which I assumed meant both, but only the drivers side is power. Other than that, we are very pleased.

Service advisor was very engaging and attentive to the issues reported about my vehicle. The technicians were able to identify a secondary issue during the initial visit.

I was pre approved by capital one, we went through costco auto program, so obviously good discount, talked the the sales person Eric Fernandez, he confirmed they do use capital one. Chose the car and all,after some time,they kept hesitating to send to capital one. Wasting our time, ridiculous customer service, Eric Fernandez senior manager did not even bother to come explain what happened, all of a sudden telling us we have new owners and capital one is not yet set up. What a shame about this,such a huge dealership Elk grove Mazda,giving cheap excuse. If there was an option of zero rating,I would do that!!!!!!!

Had to have transmission replaced. Communication was outstanding, work done 2-months ahead of schedule, and have top notch service advisors.

But I was also looking at a blue one at a different dealership. When I called Elk Grove I got John C and he was great through he sent me a video he took of the car and sent it to me. I came (from Petaluma) out to Elk Grove on a Sunday. He wasn't working there that day but had the car out and ready for me to test drive. Duc was my sales person and he was fantastic! Down to earth, not at all pushy. The whole process was great with him and I was able to trade in my old car at a amount I was happy with and Jaik in financing was super nice and professional and great too. Top notch dealership at Elk Grove Mazda! Let me explain why. I’m from Petaluma, CA and was specifically looking for a new (2024/2025) Mazda MX-5 Miata RF. But I wanted a unique color. There was a blue one at Marin Mazda and a Zircon Sand one at Elk Grove. I spoke with John on the phone at Elk Grove and he sent me a video of the zircon sand one. I came out on a Sunday and the car had been pulled out front. John wasn’t working that day but I was lucky enough to have Duc help me and he was great through the whole process. I knew this was the car I wanted and I know I got the deal that I wanted. You can’t go wrong with the team at Elk Grove Mazda!
