My first time at Mazda elk Grove. From start to finish regarding customer service--It was of excellence. When I looked lost, someone inquired if they could help me. That's great great customer service. I even got a ride to back home via rideshare. When the car is ready, they offered to send me a shareride, again. That's great customer service! Highly recommend recommending Mazda of elk Grove!

Friendly and very helpful

I had an appointment today at Mazda Elk Grove with Duc to test drive a vehicle. Prior to the appointment I spoke to him on the phone and let him know that I was super busy and asked if he could send me information via email/text. Not only did he do that he also went above and beyond and sent a video of the vehicle I was looking at inside and out. I spoke to other dealerships and no one offered this type of superior customer service. Ultimately I ended up not purchasing the vehicle I was initially looking at however I ended up with the higher level model/style only because they were able to really work the numbers and get me out the door with the payment that I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the CX 50 that I went home with today, It is absolutely beautiful.! When looking for your next vehicle I highly recommend going to Mazda Elk Grove and working with Duc!

This is our 2nd purchase here. We've work with Eric both times one of the best buying a car experiences we had. Eric is definitely our go to guy. He responds to every text and every call even when he is extremely busy he acknowledges our messages. Jaik in Finance was amazing as well , no pressure and easy to work with. Everyone here acknowledges you as a human instead of dollar signs. Definitely will be returning of all services and any future buying needs.

This review is for customer service. I was trying to find a car and went to several different dealerships within the area. I like to give kudos for good customer service & Eric is one of the persons I really want to thank for going far & beyond to try and do everything I asked regarding the purchase of a vehicle. I appreciate Your hard work and effort I actually went with another type of car. However, I just want to say Eric, you rock! Thank you.

Highly recommend Elk Grove Mazda for purchasing a new vehicle. I worked with Vanessa to order a Club Miata. It took 3 months (due to some package delays) but she was very attentive and responsive. Did a great job in not removing much during the PDI so I could get my car PPF'd afterwards. The paperwork took longer than I wanted it to (it always does) but otherwise, great experience. No other dealer add-ons except the GPS tracker (which is pretty much standard wherever you go now).

Service was excellent, very accommodating folks.
