Cyole, Nick, Julian and Taylor all combined made or experience terrific. We spent a week and a couple days coming to our decision, test driving many versions of the same model car. The patience they showed was terrific, and the accompanying fast cheerful response to our questions was very helpful. It's nice to see customer service taken so seriously, as Mazda of Elk Grove should provide a text book for other dealers to follow. From passing random staff involved in other immediate duties, to the main people involved with our deal, the service was wonderful, thoughtful and truly welcoming, and all asked if we wanted water. By the way, the bathrooms were immaculate. The thing we noticed the most about everything just mentioned was, it all felt very genuine, like from their core kind of real. Simply said, it was the right people doing a job they loved. We all know the world is a tough place right now, the staff at Mazda EG helped us to forget that. Also, really cool bonus, the car was delivered washed and detailed with a BIG RED RIBBON. Nick was a polishing detail pro as he was helping us get to know the car, honestly looking for any smudge or little bit of lint, moving swiftly all while giving great instruction on the cars key functions. Cyole was great and presented several options with clarity and patience. Hesam promised 2.99% financing which turned into 6.05% the morning the car was to be delivered (because of problems with my expired drivers license and the finance company not accepting the DMV's one year extension because of the pandemic). Hesam said there would be no finance charge if the car was to be refinanced later and yet the contract stated there may be a minimum refinancing charge. Hesam said there would be no deductible in the warranty contract ("just like a new car warranty") and yet there is a $100 deductible. Also there is no second key which we found out after the car was delivered . I called Hesam Friday the 19th and left a detailed message about these concerns....No call back. I called Cyole who said he contacted Hesam on Friday and Hesam told him that he would call me....yet no call....I called again on Monday and left the same detailed message yet still no call back. That is why I'm leaving this message now. I signed the contract in good faith with no reason to doubt the contract would be different than what we had agreed upon. Only when I looked for the address of the financer to set up a payment schedule did I see the various discrepancies. So mixed results overall ...I'm confident the remaining issues can be addressed for a positive closure so please have someone else call me since Hesam appears to be too busy and frankly has lost credibility.. The car runs great and we appreciate Grants call and all the detail work is fantastic. We love Mazdas and own a Miata with over 270000 miles and still going (barely) And we really appreciate Cyole and Ray delivering our car right to our house. Thanks again Best Regards Richard Drovdal

This dealership has to be hands down the best place I go to. I was part of four car purchases in 2019 and someone asked me which is the best dealership and I told them that even though I didn't buy a car from Mazda Elk Grove in 2019, they are totally the best. I have in the past purchased one car and leased another from them and both times were great. And now, I sold my car to Mazda Elk Grove and that experience has been the best as well. They treat me fairly and like a person instead of another head count coming through the doors. I love this place and cannot think of a better word than the BEST for them. I've sent countless friends and family to them through years, some bought and some didn't - but all agree that they rock. I wandered in a few days ago just to test drive a crossover, unsure if buying a new car was necessary. I was immediately greeted by Antonio Salas who was absolutely friendly, professional, and not at all pushy. He listened to my situation, we checked out a few models, and ultimately, I traded in my vehicle for a new CX-5. Stepping into the showroom/building, every single employee who passed by said hello, some offered additional information or expertise, and overall, it was an enjoyable experience although I was quite stressed. Today, the CX-5 is two days old for me, I am out of town, and the car is parked in the garage, and I am so happy with my choice and the experience I had at Mazda EG. I appreciate David G. for working with me on the trade-in and the finance situation. I was truly on the fence about getting into a new car when I already had a pretty new car, but Mazda Elk Grove met me at my level and eased me into a vehicle I am so happy to be in. February 2019, I pre-ordered Miata 30th Anniversary in the hour it was available online, I was asked what dealership I would like the car shipped to, I selected Mazda AutoNation in Roseville since it was close to home. It has been so long I hadn't visited any auto dealer since 09/1991 when I first bought my 91 Miata at Holiday Mazda on Cirby Way in Roseville - no longer in business. Few weeks later I paid a visit to Mazda AutoNation, then Mazda in Elk Grove. The next day, I requested Mazda send my car to Mazda in Elk Grove because the team of staff at Mazda in Elk Grove is professional and pleasant. Best of all, Mazda in Elk Grove charges no dealer markup. Finally, July 07 Gerlie Fevidal gave us a call with wonderful news – it arrived. I was so excited to visit the Mazda in Elk Grove next day to check out the car and drove it home the following day. The whole process of working with the team is so positive and wonderful, especially, Gerlie. She is very personable, knowledgeable and proficient. She answered all our questions thoroughly. I went to test drive the Mazda3 and CX-5. Both were great but then I noticed the Mazda6 and Matt suggested test driving it so I could make a more informed decision. I fell in love with the style and ride. Matt spent quite some time explaining the differences in all of the trims and never pressured me any way whatsoever. I took a night to sleep on it and Matt called the next day and made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Once in, Steve was great and discussed with me the options for warranty and maintenance plans. Both Matt and Steve were a pleasure to work with, funny and down to earth, and I came out happy and with a beautiful car.
