Adj: Car Dealership with a nice waiting area This is the Mazda dealership in Elk Grove that's next to the Nissan dealership. They are jointly owned by the same family. I sometimes wait here while getting my Nissan charged or serviced b/c the Nissan customer waiting area gets really crowded at times. They have a brighter and more airy lobby and wide open space for waiting at Mazda, plus there's a long table/booth with several outlets to plug in your laptop/tablet for work and charge your devices should you need that while you wait. There's also the same complimentary drinks (coffee/tea bags for hot water, small soda fountain, water dispenser w/hot/cold/room temp water) and snacks (just some crackers, fruit snacks, small granola bars) to munch on and reenergize while you wait for your car to be serviced. There's also a big screen TV with lounging seats that are much more comfortable to sit in if you're not working at the table on the side, but I'm not sure you can change the channel. They even have a cooler type of small fridge w/some kids' juices for those who don't want their kids drinking soda. I thought that was a nice touch. Bathrooms are 3 single ones all ADA accessible and mostly clean, although sometimes I have to find another one when the first I try needs some cleaning. The staff are mostly friendly, although they are busy so you will have to get their attention if you have questions. Overall, Mazda's a good dealership, I like their cars and have looked at their different models for future reference when I'm looking to get a new car.

Genuine no-nonsense service. Advisers are courteous and mean business. Technician inspection video has personal touch to it and is a good info source for context and record keeping. Great overall and experience at reasonable pricing. Well done Mazda of Elk Grove!
