The dealership kept me informed throughout the long back order process, which made the wait easier to manage. Communication was clear and consistent, and the service manager was professional and easy to work with. They also provided a great loaner car, which made the whole experience much more convenient.

The sales and financing was great. No complaints. But I've never in my life bought a new car off the lot that needed major service. 2 axle nuts needed to be adjusted or tightened. Lucky I caught it before it got worse or left me stranded. Nothing against elk Grove. That's a quality control issue.

I took my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, which I do every 5000 miles and the representative in the service department tried to sell me tires at least three or four times between him the other Rep), the Service Tech and his manager there is plenty of tread on the tires about a quarter inch over the round replacement mark on the tire, buy three get one for a dollar, didn’t matter I didn’t need new tires. The repair work itself appears to have been handled appropriately, and Danny was excellent when I picked up my vehicle. He has always been great to work with and is usually my service advisor. My frustration was with the communication process while the vehicle was being serviced. I received updates about the repair and a service video, but I never received a clear notification that my vehicle was completed and ready for pickup. Because of that, I had to reach out myself for clarification. Better communication regarding vehicle status and completion would have made the experience much smoother.

I worked night shift back to back and i waited at the lounge because they said they close at 5 pm and service is just 1- 1.5 hrs. After 1 hr, saw my vehicle already done and i was happy waiting for my service coordinator. But for the past 40 mins, i waited for someone to atleast check me out to pay so i can leave. If i didnt stand near the counter they wouldnt process my check out. Some of them dont have clients and are not busy. Also they didnt do a free car wash.

I met with Chris Howard and he is a wonderful man. He listened to my situation and was very attentive and responsive. He was honest and the guys who did the work were very thorough. Due to the high cost and my limited budget I only had the original problem addressed. The loaner car was great too.

am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the service I received on the last service While Danny was kind, I waited over three hours for my vehicle, checking in at 1:45 PM and not leaving until 4:30 PM.
Furthermore, I encountered several safety and service issues:
- A video of the service was not provided as expected.
- The tire cap was left off by the mechanic. This is a significant safety hazard; had I driven on the highway without noticing, the tire could have lost pressure, risking my life and the vehicle's stability.

Chris the service person was not polite and friendly and made me feel like I was wasting his time.
2 hr wait for an oil change and tire rotation. Upped the price for an oil change on the spot and didn’t honor online price. Tried to use a “oil is expensive” excuse but when I called him out he reduced it, still not to online price I booked though. I appreciate the technician video a lot and the honesty in the video. 5 stars for that but the wait and bait and switch from salesman is disappointing.

Scheduled a visit to see and test drive a Mazda 3 on 5/24. Car was not ready and was 'still in process'. It was a lengthy process to eventually be able to open and see the car. The car still had the previous owners stuff in it. I was told the car would be processed and complete inspection within a couple of days and was given an estimate of Tuesday or Wednesday. I had been promised at the time I purchased my CX90 that I would always be provided a courtesy loaner vehicle when having the vehicle serviced. The last two times I've called to schedule service appointments I've been told loaners are only offered on a first come first serve basis and can't be guaranteed.
