Highly recommend Elk Grove Mazda for purchasing a new vehicle. I worked with Vanessa to order a Club Miata. It took 3 months (due to some package delays) but she was very attentive and responsive. Did a great job in not removing much during the PDI so I could get my car PPF'd afterwards. The paperwork took longer than I wanted it to (it always does) but otherwise, great experience. No other dealer add-ons except the GPS tracker (which is pretty much standard wherever you go now).

This dealership is very welcoming and the workers there are so fond of being of service to others. There was a couple hiccups in the process, but it wasnāt terrible to the point of dissatisfaction. We got what we needed, did what needed to be done, was given clarification for things and ultimately got everything settled.

From the beginning Angie was on it. She actually knew her stuff. After having gone to half a dozen other dealers, it was refreshing to run into Angie that could actually help us. The buying experience was made easy and the management team supportive.
We found this car online and press the option to inquire. I received a call from Angie that same day to give me information about the car and I explain what we're looking for. The next morning before business hours I called back to leave a message for her and she answered the phone and took the time to speak to me tell me she would hold the keys as we were driving over 3 hours to get to the dealer just for that car. She made the buying process very easy and they all did a great job.
