Duc was incredibly helpful, easy communicate with and has continued to be so even after our purchase. I had a question about our first service date and he picked up his phone on his day off and answered my questions. We had a horrible experience at Toyota in Redding, where the sales people acted like they were doing us a favor to show us some cars and the inventory available was limited. Mazda of Elk Grove was the opposite! All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and excited to help us find what we were looking for.

We had very good interactions with sales persons Giovani and Henry, and with the follow-on car sales/finance persons at Elk Grove Mazda. The purchase price of the loaded used mustang convertible was in CARFAXās āgoodā category. The trade-in we received on our loaded Toyota Corolla was $500 less than what CARFAX suggested. Overall a good (but not very good or great) price deal, and very good to excellent interactions. Best dealership in Elk Grove, car make and model notwithstanding.

Had a good experience with Henry. Came into the dealer for a test drive on a manual car, let him know I'm new to driving manual. He taught me a few lessons and helped me understand better. Then before I left he wanted to see me drive to make sure I was safe driving on the roads. Don't think I would've gotten to be able to drive stick if it wasn't for Henry. Awesome experience.

Elk Grove Mazda took care of me for a small mistake ( smudge marks on dashboard )on their part during service on previous oil change. Got comp with SiriusXM for 3 months and was totally ok with it. Took CX 5 in for a 15k maintenance and got comp with no fee for service. Will be going back since they value customer service.
