Came back for my second car and had another great experience. As I walked up to the dealership, Christopher greeted me right away- friendly, approachable, and ready for help. My original salesperson's Christian were pretty busy, but he still took the time to show us around and help us look at options. We did check out several dealerships all day, but ended up coming back-and I'm glad we did. The team here is consistently friendly, patient, helpful, and easy to work with. In the end we got a really good deal on an SUV and couldn't be happier with our purchase. Highly recommend!

It wasn't bad ,but it was disappointing buying my first new car. Family has gotten better experience with other dealerships (Kia, CarMax, etc). Dealership was clean and had a good vibe though. On top of that they made me come back the following day to sign forgotten form. It was very inconvenient since I'm very busy. An apology or a comp would have been appreciated.

Scheduled a visit to see and test drive a Mazda 3 on 5/24. Car was not ready and was 'still in process'. It was a lengthy process to eventually be able to open and see the car. The car still had the previous owners stuff in it. I was told the car would be processed and complete inspection within a couple of days and was given an estimate of Tuesday or Wednesday. The vehicle was not ready until Saturday, 05/30. Between that time, I rarely got updates provided to me. The updates that I did receive were inaccurate and seemed to be an attempt to placate me. I got the vehicle 5/30 but was unable to pair my vehicle to the app as it was still paired to the previous owner. It is currently 6/03 and I am still unable to pair my car to the app.
